This is a review for Taylor - THANK YOU! Best blowout ever - goodbye Drybar. You made my hair look the best it has ever looked. Also, you taught me more than any other stylist about how to make my hair look better day to day. I really appreciated your positivity and advice. Can't wait to until you work your magic again.

I really love the cut Austin did for me: I had a bad experience with a previous hair cut and it left me unhappy with my old hair. Austin fixed it right up, first making sure the style and color I wanted was something realistic for my personality. It was nice for him to make sure that this was something I could realistically managed considering I donâ€™t spend slot of time working with my hair. I was able to make an appointment as soon as a week away from online booking and they called a few days later to confirm. Austin spent about 2-3 hours working on my hair, listening to what I wanted and gave me an amazing style. I love it! I cannot wait to go back and get it managed there. I will definitely go back.

This salon is amazing. I booked them online, which was a cinch, and when I called to make sure it was confirmed they called me back and were incredibly nice on the phone with me. The interior is very comfortable and chic, and the art they display is customer made and adds to the atmosphere. I came to my appointment fifteen minutes early and Austin was already ready for me! He offered me my choice of tea, coffee, or wine and then we discussed what I wanted done with my hair. He was enthusiastic about what I wanted to do, and let me know that it would take a few sessions to go as light as I had shown, but we could still go pretty blonde without much damage. Austin is incredibly friendly! He has a great sense of humor and can talk about anything. He did an amazing job on my full balayage and foils! He also trimmed my hair to keep it healthy and well shaped. Itâ€™s a bit of a trip for me to come out to Portland, but I will definitely be coming back!

I'm very happy with the hair cut Austin gave me. He is kind, fun, and does an excellent job. After attempting to grow my hair out again, I decided I really needed to get the dead ends cut off. My hair had no shape, and was just getting weighed down from the splint ends. I also hadn't had a trim in awhile, which didn't help. Austin really gave my hair life again. I've always had long hair, but after the great cuts I've recived from Claudette and Austin, I might just keep it short. Claudette is amazing as well, her attention to detail I really appreciate. I loved the lob cut she gave me last year. I'm not one to normally write reviews, but I would recommend this salon and hair stylist.
