Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the front desk to others in the shop, and especially Nissa Ford. 77 Salon is such a vibrant, fun, and welcoming place. Nissa’s energy & talent alone illuminates the place! I highly recommend booking with her, you won’t find anywhere better.

This review is for Alison Wilson, who is not just the hair whisperer (which she is) but a truly warm and kind person. And when I say hair whisperer, I mean it. She’s wrangled my fine hair into a beautiful voluminous a-line bob, sculptured my friend’s thick curls, and coaxed my mother’s cut into something she truly loves. Not to mention that her color work is brilliant. I absolutely adore her.

New to Washington state - so refreshing to find a clean attractive salon with talented stylists PLUS a staffed front desk. It was pouring rain when we arrived -- receptionist took our call, welcomed us in, offered a comfortable seat and coffee while our stylist completed cut for earlier client. In other cases we have been at the mercy of marginal scheduling apps and voicemail !

My review is for Amanda Bercot! I had such a great experience with her! I hadn’t died my hair in years and I wanted subtle sun kissed highlights. She knocked it out of the park! 100% recommend her to anyone looking for some pop of color. I will absolutely be back! Thanks Amanda!

Imad cut and colored my hair and it is absolutely gorgeous! My second time visiting him specifically at 77 salon and he always does a fantastic job, I would HIGHLY recommend booking with him. The color is so vibrant and the cut is so perfect this photo doesn't do it any justice!
