I went in for a haircut today in quite a good mood. Little did I know that would soon change. I asked the stylist that I wanted my hair to be an inch and a half on top. She proceeds to show me what that would look like, and asks if it looked good. I tell her, actually lets try two inches and see if it needs to be shorter. She proceeds to step around in front of my so I couldn't see the mirror, grabs my hair, and CUTS OFF two inches. I sat there in disbelief as she even asked a clarifying question before and demonstrated that she understood what I wanted. I could not believe the level of idiocy I had encountered, I thought nobody could be that dumb and that she must have something against me. If you value how you look at all never come here especially since they raised the price. Simply not worth it.

I wish I could give less than one star. My first clue that I would have a terrible experience was how the salon smelled (like a dirty toilet). The place was empty, and the two stylists greeted me rather slowly. One in the back kept yawning loudly as I was having my consultation. I sat down in the chair, and showed the stylist several pictures of the haircut I wanted, and asked her opinion if it would work with my hair type. She nodded, and said, "yeah, I think so." and got to work. She sprayed me directly in the face several times as she wetted my hair, I had to blink hard to get the water out of my eyes. At one point during my cut, I thought she was talking to me, but she was on her Bluetooth having a phone conversation. By the time she was done cutting my hair, I had the equivalent of a pixie bowl cut. She gave me uneven, jagged bangs. I think my nephew, who is a toddler, could have given me a better, more even cut. There is no way to describe how awful this cut is. I sat in the chair, almost in tears, and she had the nerve to say, 'I didn't understand what you wanted.' I will never get my hair cut here again.

If you could give reviews based on how sweet the little old ladies that work here are, I would give at last 4 stars. But...based on my experience with the results of my hair cut...I WISH I could give less than one star. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and it was like the woman didn't even look at the picture. (Even though she asked to see it 3 times.) I really wish I could post pictures because there are no words to discribe how aweful the haircut I recieved actually is.

Okay so this is a helpful but not helpful review. I really like the lady who does my hair. She is super sweet and fast. The problem is i am reeeeeally bad at names. She is short and has a black bob. Almost always wearing leggings and boots. However there is a lady that works there that makes me uncomfortable and shes never even cut my hair. She is older and has longer hair. I think its silverish. I try not to look directly at her. She is rude, and bossy. The way she talks to customers is aggressive and demanding. Almost like shes scolding them for not being specific enough.
