Terri listens well to her clients and does a great job. Her specialty is short hair, though her own is long and she can do long as well. Other people ask me where I get my hair done, and I am always happy to be a walking billboard for Terri!

I was helped by Pam today with a haircut & dye job I had been wanting as gift to myself for my birthday. Pam made me feel very comfortable & included in the process! She was easy to talk to & checked in with me often. However by the end of the haircut & dye job, I was shocked to see just how much of my hair was gone & how awkward/patchy the color was throughout. I don't know where communication went wrong, but I left not knowing how to feel about my hair or the experience there. After leaving I immediately went to a beauty supply store to get dye supplies to try & fix the color. Pam & everyone working there though was really nice, & I would give this salon another try!
