Very horrible experience. Male subject cutting hair in the first booth. 6ft bald white gentleman. Insisted on using a phone number I didn’t recall for my account. Then wanted to look up via last name for my account. Once he couldn’t find he. He proceeded to roll his eyes like I was making a big deal out of his day. I asked why we can’t make a new account. With new number. He went on to explain all the management duties he has to do with his system. Complain about a service he offers. I highly do not recommend.

Using Hubby’s email address. Glenn has cut my hair twice now and I have been delighted both times. The first time was my standard short pixie (think Charlize Theron) that I’ve been wearing for years. It’s hard finding a stylist who isn’t afraid to cut too short and he hit the nail on the head first time out. Once I realized ( the grow out was graceful which to me is the mark of a great short haircut) what a great job he’d done I pulled up some photos of something a bit more edgy and turned him loose. I love my new look. Lots of options. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and made certain that the styling was easy for me to understand and do. Thanks Glenn. I’ll see you in 6 or 7 weeks regularly from now on. You’re my go to guy! Nancy

Let's be honest, anyone coming here isn't looking to be "runway hot" when they leave. What I wanted was a hair cut that was even on both sides and something I could 'style" into my usual style. Sadly, I have spent the last three weeks working with something that is so lop-sided and chopped... I started going there a couple of years ago, it was always good. My last three cuts have been SO bad. I can't justify it anymore.

This is now my go to place for a haircut. I've always been very happy with Glenn or the gal who works on Saturday's that been there a long time. Always professional and very happy with the haircuts. Doesn't hurt they also take competitors coupons! Keep up the good work

In the past this place has gotten bad reviews and for good reasons. However, it's under new management and they have an all new all star team who are beyond talented. Me and my boyfriend both got our hair cut my a British man there recently (I believe his name was Glenn) and we both agree that he is the most talented hair dresser we have ever been to. It was honestly impressive just to watch him, it left me speechless. It was only 16 bucks, but I easily would of paid 50 + for this hair cut. Please go and ask for him, you will not regret it at all.
