Won’t ever come again! Very disappointed with the customer service :( I found this place when looking for where to go for my daughter’s first hair cut. We arrived a little before our appointment at 10:30 and checked in. We watched multiple families come in after us and get taken to a chair before us. At 10:32, the receptionist came up to us and told us we were early for our appointment and that our hair dresser would be done soon. We took offense to that as we were not early at 10:32; that was past our scheduled time. When I looked over at our hair dresser, she did not look near close to done even though she had been cutting the child’s hair even before we walked in. So at 10:45, after watching even more families get checked in and attended to before us, we decided to get up and leave. On the drive home, I receive a call from the receptionist and I told her we decided not to get the hair cut done since it was well after our appointment time and we didn’t have time to wait around all day. Her response was her apologizing and saying they were running late, and offered us a free haircut when we return. Had this been her response in the store, before claiming we were early, when we weren’t, I might have considered waiting. But the apology and free hair cut offer was too little too late and we won’t be going back here.

My son hates getting his hair cut. It can be very difficult. These absolutely wonderful ladies were patient and kind with him. They even played with him so I could get my hair cut!! Worth every penny and then some Mary and Holly are amazing!!

I was looking for a place to take my 4-year-old after Little Clipper unexpectedly shut down. I called and got a same-day appointment here with Sandra. She was SO nice and very gentle with my son. She asked me every step of the way what I wanted done and if it was short enough and the right style. His haircut looks great! My son got to play on the toys while we waited, watch Paw Patrol while his hair was being cut and even left with a sucker and balloon! Not to mention, we were in and out in no time! Highly recommend if you are looking for a child-friendly hair salon.

I was also looking for a new salon after little clippers closed. I made sure to be clear that I wanted to keep the curls long on top and the stylist was going to start of trimming. She said she could always take more. I was a little taken back by her unprofessional attitude talking to my timid 3 year old. I was trying to keep my other child occupied that by the time I turned around my sons hair was chopped very short. he looked like he was headed to boot camp. I wrote the owner a private email expressing my concerns about the stylists comments and skill level but she never wrote me back. Seems like she needs to hire better stylists. I won't come back.
