I have been to Gravity religiously since they opened so close to home. I've worked with Nan, Mallory and Chrissy. They are all really great to work with, listen to what I'm looking for and I've always been happy with the recommendations they have made. I made the mistake of going somewhere else to save a few bucks, didn't look that great, and was eager to get back to these stylists to make my hair the right color again. I have to add that some salons I've been to in the past have felt very tense or uncomfortable, but everyone at Gravity is cheerful, says hello whether they know you, have worked with you or not, etc. It's a fun environment while getting pampered.

I don't think I've had a salon keep my loyalty for this long. I'm always very happy with the availability of appointments and times, the friendliness of staff, and the expertise of the stylists.

I went to gravity salon looking to get the hidden galaxy hair and they definitely fell short. I had my consultation with Kara (one of the owners) and immediately after I tell her what I want, she recommended other stylists saying it wasn't really what she did and that she's barely at that location. So i set up my appointment with Mallory. I got to the studio around 2pm and was there until past 8pm. The reason why I gave it one start is for a few reasons. First off, they barely dyed any of my hair. Next off, what they did dye, it was highly saturated with blue and blue alone. Galaxy hair is suppose to have shades of purple, red, and blue, but in the end it ended up dark blue. Lastly, it cost over $200 which was significantly higher that the estimated cost at consultation. Therefore, it was highly overprice, barely any of it was dyed, and it took over 5 hours to do it. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for adventurous colors.
