My wife went here because she found a good deal on groupon. As soon as she walked in she clearly stated she had purchased a groupon and would like to use it. The lady stated that she would get charged an extra 5 dollars because she had thick hair, no problem with us. So after my wife finished the lady took her card and swiped the whole amount, it should have only been the extra 5$. I was very upset and told her we already paid with groupon. Then she said for us to get a refund with groupon. How would you feel if you purchased a groupon and she charged you anyway and then told you to get a refund with groupon. In my honest opinion this lady did this on purpose, because she even told us next time to not use groupon and she will charge us the same amount that groupon will. This is bad business in my honest opinion and I will never return.. Now I have to wait 5 to 10 days for my refund. This ruined my whole day. Be carefull when using a groupon here. The lady will just swipe your card for the full amount and then tell you to get a refund from groupon.

Love getting my haircut and color there staff and owner are a pleasure to chat with and nick is awesome at doing hair also the color has carotene which helps your hair and doesn't harm it

I visited the place last month to get my hair cut. Cherry is very professional and nice. I am very satisfied with my hair until today. I'll definitely go back and recommend it!
