The staff was so kind and very helpful. My hair dresser was very nice and did an amazing job. I will continue to come to this location. This was my first experience and I loved it. Thank you so much Krystal. She is one of the best. She'll remain my hair dresser, I am one satisfied customer.😘😘😘

Slow, the girls just walked around trying to look busy but not really doing anything. I waited over an hour no communication from any employee. I’m sure if I had my suit on instead of my day off clothes someone would have tried to make some money. Absolutely will never go there again, they had a chance to earn a new customer and performed poorly.

The lady was so sweet! She made sure that the color I wanted was exactly what I wanted. She was a bit rough with my head, but I feel pain worse than others because I'm tender headed. There were still some strands of hair that she missed when coloring. It was hard to recognize though. The biggest thing that I always pay attention too is the finish product. My hair was soft, but frizzy. She didn't straighten my hair out very well nor did she take care of the frizziness. I had to go home and take care of that myself. Other than that the color looks well and my hair is touchable.

Wish i could put 0. Wish i could post pictures also. Horrible experience. Showed pictures and all. First i wanted a long bob where the front was longer then the back. She did the opposite. Second i wanted hightlights all on top. Well the she parted it looked fine but as soon as i gpt home and was moving around and my hair fell it was only two big chunks on each side. Went back to fix it and a different lady added more highlights in the back and said she added low lights to break up the big chunks. Well that didnt work. Now i look like some goth with big streaked hair insyead of natural looking highlights. Im so upset. The more i look at it the worse gets. The coloring is now off some are brass some are white. A lot of them look like theyve already grown out. And i just found a section where there is a straight line going across thats just like they drew a line through with bleach going around the one side of my head. Im so upset. Im due any day now with my firstborn and not looking forward to being in any pictures. Dont know how to fix this and am now out of money to go anywhere else that could possibly fix it. In tears. Never going back here again.
