I read the reviews before I walked in and had a bad mindset from the beginning, but honestly, I had a GREAT experience. I got the full highlight package and it was 50% off new Hair Cuttery clients so that was awesome. My highlights came out amazing. My hairstylist was Mitch, she took her time, did ALOT of highlights, and put a toner in ( I go to beauty school & didn't even know what it was ) so my highlights would be cool instead of a golden warm- she made sure I got what I wanted. I got a treatment, trim and blow dry and she made me feel so comfortable I felt like I could talk to her about anything. When the blow dryer was on, I was upset we couldn't talk LOL. In all seriousness and honesty, especially for someone walking in with a negative mindset, it was a wonderful experience and my hair looks absolutely great!

Sunday 3/20/2016. Went in and a young woman cut & dyed my hair . the dye job was the worst and the cut was just as bad. She has no idea what the hell she is doing. Thinking her breast and her style dress code was going to impress people, she needs to go back to school and learn the proper technique. I had to find another barber to fix her mistake which was to have my head shaved. Not a happy customer at all. On top of that, it cost me $ 42.00 plus another $16.00 at the other barber to fix things. I can't even explain how mad i am and what a waste of good hard earned money. Tom W.
