if I could give a zero I would. This is the worst experience ever at this salon. Lets just say I spent well over 400 dollars I got a perm and the stylist let the solution drip down my neck and I have a deal bad chemical burn on the back of my neck no where else I kept telling her it burns really bad and kept whiping with a towel no help and now this.... If I was able to post pics I would. I will be contacting a lawyer if something is not done other wise

Came in as a walk in. No receptionist. None of the Hair stylist even greet me or asked what I was here for? Hair stylist in training need to be trained as professionals

Went in with hair that came to my hips asked to have my ends clipped and the girl Chrystal cut half of my hair off I asked her if she would be able to cut it while it was curly and wet she told me it wasn’t a problem after she was done I did realize how much she cut off until I tried to put my hair in a ponytail my hair was totally chopped off never will go here again
