Hey everyone! I rated this a 4 stars to be nice. There is this lady I hate when she does my nails I am very picky about things and I like my nails be perfect I totally recommend Liam he is the best to do our nails and Violet Spa I totally recommend him. I like my nails kind of squared but this lady she made one of my nails more squared and the other one less squared I was very disappointed about that

I want to be honest my first time going here it was a great time. The second time I went here I asked for peach color they gave me orange (which I was okay with) but when they said they have a gel close to it I said it’s fine and picked the color for gel. When I was getting the gel done I noticed it was too light and advised that I thought it was going to be darker and asked to change it to a darker color. Once I stated this the women doing my nails did not take off the old polish she instead painted over the current color and it looked as if my 5 year old niece painted my nails horrible job and the paint started to peel as soon as I went to another store horrible would not refer anyone. Lastly they forced my mom to move to another chair for no given reason and then kept asking her to pay for me when she already said she is paying for herself!!! I’m by no means rude to anyone who works in customer service but this has out done itself !!!
