Went in today for a rooted blonde, and to blend out an ombré already on my hair. My appointment was for 12 but I arrived a little after 11:30. I asked that the stylist be very heavy with the highlights and use a lot of foils. I have a lot of hair and wanted a lot of coverage to help with blending the ombré. While she was applying bleach and doing the foils on the front of my head, I noticed she was leaving large chunks of hair in between each foil. I mentioned my concern, that I usually have a lot more foils when I get my hair done, and that with only five foils on each side of my head, there would not be much coverage. Nothing was done to address my concern. After I sat and processed and my hair was rinsed, i looked in the mirror and saw nothing that I had asked for. I had very small and stringy gray highlights that were very spaced out and did not blend into my ombré at all. Again I addressed my concern and told her that it was nothing like what I asked for and that we needed to do something to fix it. I suggested maybe putting a toner on top to help blend it. At this point the manager came over to me and was very annoyed that I was unhappy and questioned me for allegedly not knowing what I wanted. The woman who did my hair left the chair to start another clients. Another woman came over to me to apply the toner. Before she started applying, I asked what color it was and she said she didn't know. I did not want her to put a color on my hair until I knew what it was. Again the manager came over to me annoyed and told me t would blend everything to look more natural, and make my gray high lights golden blonde. I told him I wasn't sure how well this was going to help because a major concern is that it was not blending with my dark roots and the highlights were spacey. I said my real concern was how little foils she used and how little coverage the highlights did. They left the toner on for under five minutes and once rinsed, there was not a noticeable difference. I told them again I was still unhappy. The manager told me I must pay for the product I used today and he would fix it next week. I told him I was not going to pay for anything until I was satisfied with how my hair was. After about 20 minutes of back and forth arguing about whether he was going to fix my hair or not, he kicked me out of the store and told me he did not want to do my hair. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and terrible at doing hair 0/10
