Nikki does a great job on my natural hair, sheâ€™s always so friendly and welcoming. I sent my Aunt here and she loved her experience as well â¤ï¸

This place is pretty, and pretty much put together. The service was very unprofessional, soon as i walked in the establishment i was getting a rude vibe from everyone. the owner did greet me, but the man that worked there was very rude, wasnt welcoming, and talked to me as if im stupid. His service was very unprofessional and i was close to asking for my money back. To add on, it seems as if the regular customers are getting treated way better than the customers that are new or young. i felt like i was taken advantage of in the establishment mainly because one of the regular customers was throwing my wig around(that i came wearing) and was throwing my hair around that i was going to get installed. she was very rude, and my wig was getting made fun of. i was very shocked by the owner laughing along, because as the owner you should know that it isnt right to allow this type of behavior. keep in mind i am 18 in a room full of grown women, so they wouldnt take me seriously. the only person that was very kind to me ( i forgot her name) was the woman that did my sew in for me on my birthday. i felt most comfortable wih her and i tipped her $14 in advance for taking her time and being nice. i wouldbt go to this establishment if you are new and young. maybe this is just my experience, but i will never come here again. they treat the regulars like they are celebrities and treat the new people like trash. they dont even deserve one star.

I love coming here. Friendly environment. I stumbled across this place after being ignored and rude to at another solon. Nikki took me wright in even though it was late in the day. I love her work. I don't really stick with hair stylist but she's the one I will stick with after already coming a 3rd time.

I've only visited this salon on 2 occasions, and both experiences have been great! The first time I came was for my junior prom where I got a weave ponytail and Ms. Nicky really slayed my hair! The second time was just as great when I got cornrows that were quick yet gorgeous. Definitely will be visiting again for my senior prom this year.

The Glam Factory is truly amazing!!! I'm from Los Angeles, and couldn't find any places to get my hair done in Philly. Well let's just say it's the best shop. Also I purchased bundles and a closure from her, it's the best hair I've ever worn. It's been in my head a whole year now and still looks new. Although it was a bit pricy it's a true investment!! Thank you Nikki! You will definitely be satisfied ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ SLAY
