I have been to Hair Biz twice and I was extremely happy with both appointments. However, this last visit was not pleasant by any means. I scheduled the Cezanne hair treatment, I had heard wonderful things about it from the staff, and also other people who have had it done. I do have extremely thick and curly hair. However, It seemed to be shocking to the staff on Saturday and almost somewhat impossible for them to deal with even though Iâ€™ve been there times before. While I scheduled my treatment with Kweylin, she bounced between myself and 1-2 other people through the entire process of the appointment. Due to over scheduling, the receptionist helped blow dry my hair. As I expressed my disappointment to practically the entire team at the end of my experience, Carrie (the owner) replied to me that they stand by their products and if Iâ€™m still unhappy after I shampoo/condition my hair, to let her know. I am still unhappy with the turnout of the treatment and contacted her accordingly. She made an effort to have me come back into the salon after playing around with a time to do so. I am a student, so I donâ€™t have a ton of time and surely not a whole lot of money to be disappointed on a treatment that costs $150+. Unfortunately, I will not return to Hair Biz after this last visit. Iâ€™ve never experienced one stylist working on 2+ people at a time and never being sent away after expressing my dislike in shop at the end of a service. Insanity.

I've been going to Hair Biz Styling Studio for about 4 months now and Carrie and the team do a fantastic job. They are extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Today was my first visit to Hair Biz. I am always super scared to go to a new salon/ stylist, because of my curly, thick, frizzy hair! It is not easy getting my hair done the way I like. It's hard to manage and hard to really please me .I had spent hours researching on Google the best hair salons, at the best prices. I came across this place and loved the reviews and pictures I had seen. Another issue I have is finding places that use clean/ toxic free products. I am very into a toxic free life and it's nearly impossible to find products in that category, especially with hair dye. I read the ingredients listed, because I know what to look for and what not to look for. I was immediately impressed with the ingredients and just how amazing they work. Yes, this includes their dye! The owner is extremely knowledgeable about the products and the ingredients. When you use toxic free products in your hair, it's a massive game changer, as it makes your hair look so amazing! I truly loved the women who worked their .They are beyond kind, welcoming and fun. Also, my stylist, Kweylin, was so far above and beyond. My hair has not been cut in a year and a half and same for colored! Kweylin worked magic with my hair and was the best stylist I have had in 36 years!!! I finally found my forever salon and hair stylist! Thank you all so much!!! I can't wait to come back!!

I LOVE my cut and color by Carrie. From the time I walked in to the time I left, Carrie and the ladies here provided top notch service waiting on me so kindly and even helping with my kids. I hadnâ€™t had my hair done in over a year and this was just what I wanted and needed. My cut is fabulous for my curly hair and the color is amazing. I have had so many compliments! And, the price was so much less than places I have been before. I really canâ€™t recommend Hair Biz highly enough!!!
