I was in and out quickly and my stylist was friendly, but I won't be going back. I showed the stylist a photo of what I wanted and for the most part, my haircut is fine, but for some reason, the stylist took it upon herself to give me long side bangs when that is not what I asked for and wasn't in the photo I showed her. This will take forever to grow out.

Used to go here regularly. Never went anywhere else. The last few times we've had problems. First was hair being cut uneven, (got the excuse that they used the wrong blade on the cutters). Next time they cut more than 2 inches of hair off when they were told only cut an inch to get rid of split ends. Turnover and inexperienced people seem to be the norm anymore. Today, I got put on the list, then as 3 of the 5 workers finished with people, they disappeared into the back, leaving a girl who didn't even know how to ring out something on the register. After 20 minutes of noone working, we left. Don't know if I'll ever go back. Too many other businesses to choose from to deal with that.

Kevin is the best! I was just told that he left and they can’t tell me where he went. Does anyone know if he’s still cutting hair in Pittsburgh? Any contact information for him? Thanks!

Almost always get me in and out quickly over my lunch break. Never left this location looking bad. Always get a decent cut here. Plus this is one of the only Supercuts I know where you ACTUALLY GET the hot towel thingie at the end... Its a nice touch. UPDATE: a different woman cut my hair today. Nice lady, maybe in her 40s? Did a great job and very professional and pleasant. Nice because sometimes I don't trust the younger kids with my hair. There's also a male stylist at this one who REALLY does a great job and takes pride in his work. This is a good store. 5 stars.
