Checked in via app, was taken right away. Place was clean and well staffed- they kept each other entertained, and all of them couldn't manage to get the register to ring up a product. Cut was good for the money, could have been better.

The worst experiences EVER. Avoid at all cost. Went in for a haircut at 1717 Cochran Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15220, a very well staffed supercuts franchisee . Had to wait 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. Finally, when acknowledged by the head hairstylist she told me I would have to wait 15 minutes and I said OK with a smile because I am not a rude person. 15 minutes wait turned into 40 minutes and longer. Finally, I was the only customer left in the store and no one called me while I was on and off looking at these ladies to acknowledge me for my haircut. 2 of these ladies just disappeared into their break room or whatever and the other 2 got busy chatting among them self while I was glancing towards them with puppy eyes to acknowledge me and give me a well due simple hair cut. Well nothing from their side and after waiting 40 + minutes I just left cause I had to pick my 5 year old disabled kid from school.

Polite crew of stylists. Convenient to parking. Clean interior. Online check-in makes it quite easy

Overall a wonderful experience. The people there are so wonderful! April did such a fantastic job and was very warm. I was scared to get my hair cut in the first place but I will be returning!

Andy is gone!! And this supercuts wont give me her last name to help me google or FB her. I went to this lady for 36 months or so. I drove 20 miles one way to see her every month. I know many of her clients did come from some long distance. She left now and the place has become so rude to everyone looking for Andy. Sometimes losing the best you have will affect your business. I wont be coming back to you again.
