Super Cuts does offer a guarantee to their clients. If the guest is unhappy with their haircut, than the guest is always welcome to return to Super Cuts with in 7 days and have the hair fixed by a manager. If the guest feels to uncomfortable to return to that Super Cuts, they may go to another Super Cuts ( in the franchise). Please remember not to blame an entire franchise for one persons mistake. Super Cuts stylist are highly trained in cutting and coloring. This salon was voted #1 by readers choice, and is absolutely beautiful inside. All stylists are extremely friendly and great with kids. Perfect place to bring the whole family! Super Cuts offers services for everyone. Cuts, color, hilites and waxing services!!

The staff was friendly and timely, so the star is basically for that. My haircut was a disaster. Now mind you, I'm not a professional hairstylist but it's not a good sign to think "what the heck are you doing!?" repeatedly while someone is cutting your hair. When I walked in, two stylists were present and both greeted me. I was seated relatively quickly and I asked do get my hair cut shorter (7 inches gone). Once that was off we talked about layers and I think that's where it all went wrong. I asked several questions (e.g. Would it flatter my face, how many layers are recommended, could I still put my hair in a ponytail etc) and only received one-worded answers like (yeah, sure) and my stylist quite frankly seemed disinterested. That should have been a sign and I should have left it at that but went for it, thinking how bad could it be!? The answer: Very! The stylist took chunks of my hair and cut upwards... Not sure why. The end result was very asymmetrical and frustrating. I asked the other hairstylist (who was on her phone the entire time while I was there) what she thought of the layers and she looked up briefly and just said "Looks great" and went back to her phone. Needless to say I left VERY frustrated and angry. I wore my hair up for a week straight until I found someone trustworthy that fixed it.
