Made an appointment online and got a call from Natural hair affair day before my appointment saying my appointment didn't fit their schedule. The system is suppose to book appointments according to the work load but it doesn't apparently! Told me she wouldn't have time to do any small braids cornrows in my daughter's hair and offered another appointment time that was completely an inconvenience for me. I would not recommend their hair services at all! Since your system failed to offer the correct appointment slots and time then the correct thing to do would be to accommodate the customer........

The stylists are excellent and so is the service. You get natural hair styles for a reasonable price.

I had the opportunity of shadowing the salon today and the experience was amazing. The salon's atmosphere is awesome and very welcoming. The salon is clean, neat and in order. Ms. Brooks and the Stylists are so welcoming and very informative. I was drawn to the unity between them. Everyone works with each other giving a helping hand when needed. It was beautiful. I was educated on a lot of things I didn't know. The proper way of shampooing, cutting the hair into a short style, how sisterlocks, rod sets, and comb coil are done. I enjoyed my visit. It motivated me more in my journey of becoming a natural stylist. I will definitely be going back to get services done.

Always a great job. Beautiful salon, and the Beauticians are very skilled with natural hair styling. Wonderful to have this place in the mid south.

I am a satisfied customer! I have had my son come to get his hair retwisted, my hair styled on different occasions and even sent my manager here. We are all satisfied. Thanks for the service! Lisa is our stylist and she does a wonderful job! Thanks again.
