I went in today to look for Ashley Bristow, but the staff and the receptionist there were very rude, and unwelcoming. They said she no longer worked there, but would not tell me where she went. I decided to stay despite the tone, but the wait time was right at a hour. It seemed as though every time I come here another one of my go to stylists is gone, and i am beginning to believe they are being run off. Frustrated, I decided to leave and went to the Sports Clips on Germantown Rd. right next to Dick’s Sporting Goods and Costco. To my surprise, not only did I find Ashley there, but I also found Lacy Roderick. Both of which have cut my hair on numerous occasion. The atmosphere at this location is vastly better, and all of the staff are warm and welcoming. Lakeland used to be my favorite place to go, but is no longer a consideration. I will be hard pressed to ever step foot back into that location. I recommend others do the same.

Really love the convenience. Check in on line and you don't wait. I've had the different people cut my hair and all the did a great job!

I travel over 15 miles, passing several other Sport Clips locations along the way, to get my hair cut and styled, as well as to purchase hair care products. This location is clean, conveniently located and well-stocked with a wide variety of hair care and styling products. Don't let the masculine name or sport-themed decor fool you. Women's and children's haircuts, styling and products are all available here! I recommend the "MVP treatment," which includes cut, massaging shampoo, steam-towel and shoulder/back massage (using an electric handheld massager). I keep my hair "military-style;" so, the knowledgeable use of balding clippers and attention to detail are important and greatly appreciated. It's not easy finding great stylists; so, if you're looking for excellence, this is the place for you!

This place is generally good for short hair cuts, especially military haircuts. And if you come every 3-4 times, you get a massage for free and shower too which is pretty cool

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. I brought my nephew here because his usual barber shop was closed and he had received the worst haircut of his life. The woman that had cut his hair wasn't pleasent at all. We had walked out and he was in tears. I assumed it was because his hair was short but I looked under his hat and he had cuts all over his scalp. The next day I did proceed to call the store and speak with a manager who was pleasant but the damage was done. I do not reccomment bringing your children here. I would attach photos but it is not allowing me to.
