The women that work in that shop are very money hungry. I called and they told me that I could pay 150 for box braids. When I got to the shop they charged me 220 and plus I had to pay for 5 packs of hair which I thought would be included in the price. The short chubby woman that works there braided my hair extra tight around the edges and my edges have suffered because of it. I spoke to the manager about it and she didn't care. They do a good job braiding but I won't be going back.

Went into the business and as a southern girl with sense spoke and no one opened their mouth to speak back. I excused that, so my daughter asked the young lady who was working a head if she could do a certain hair style at which time she pointed towards the other young lady who was walking in the door. As my daughter attempted to speak to the second lady (African Lady, the Owner) she then advised without looking at the hair style on her phone ( Very aggressively ), "I'm Not doing that", as she was walking out the door. So my daughter and I remained inside because we were confused on what just happened . This Shop (Pro Braids on Elvis Presley in Memphis, TN) is one of the worst customer service braid shops that I have ever encountered. I want to thank My Lord and Saviour Jesus for holding my tongue and changing me!!!!!! Don't Go!!!!!! Rude As HELL!!!

Got my hair done on Friday of last week on the 17th of September and my hair looks like it's been up a month, braids are beginning to slide and is very loose. I wrap my hair every night trying to maintain the maintenance but it's not helping at all! The owner got upset when I complained about her putting big braids in the back of my head and I assisted that she make my braids all the same size. $200 wasted!! Braids wasn't the size I wanted and I will never return to this location!!
