Life Amazing

I will make my long story short. I will never go to Richard & Co. and Cutting Edge Hair Salons. It was absolutely horrible experience in those both salons. Chris in BASK Hair & Beauty Bar had to make magics to turn my hair around. My hair was ruined by the hairstylists in Richard & Co. and Cutting Edge hair salons, especially in Cutting Edge by Kymberlee. Chris had to work on my hair for over 5 hours to take it to the level I wanted. Chris made it happen and I am sharing my pictures before and after for you to see the wonderful results. Chris is an amazing lady and I am so happy to find her. I am new in town and now I have a piece of mind to have Chris as my hairstylist. She does a fantastic job!!!!!!!!

Christi is literally one of a kind. Not only is she an amazing stylist, she has such a sweet spirit. Her emphasis and education on taking care of hers clients hair sets her apart from other stylist. She will take care of your hair as if you were family sitting there — meticulously paying attention to every single hair on your head. Her salon atmosphere is spa like — clean, comfy, and picturesque. Coming to her salon will literally be one of the best decisions you could make for your hair.

I went in with brassy highlights over brown hair. Wanted dark brown on top and medium brown on the bottom as a balayage. I didn’t get a balayage, it was a color correction but I left as a blonde which was not what I wanted. Also it was $375. I have never heard of any place charging that much. Also, when I tried to book an appointment to get it fixed, she didn’t reply for 4 days until today when I asked for a refund, to which she declined. I feel like I was robbed out of $375. What a waste. I make $10 an hour. I worked for hours for that money to go down the drain. 3 mental breakdowns and $9 later, I have the hair I want, thanks to L’Oréal. EDIT: Added pictures. First pic with brown brassy hair is the before pic. The second picture with the dark brown balayage was the reference picture that I showed her, and the last picture that is really blonde was my result of going to BASK.

Christi is the only person I trust to touch my hair. She’s professional, knowledgeable, talented, friendly, clean, and trustworthy. Every time I leave her salon I feel like I can go take on the world with my cut and color. She has helped direct and guide me towards and away from looks that fit my face and my personality. Bask is seriously the best place I’ve ever gotten my hair done and I recommend her to any and everyone I know!!
