Worst place Iv ever been to

This Salon should be out of business. I really do not understand how it is. Never been to a salon that was so unprofessional in my Life. Baily Truex charged me for three services I did not receive in one app, when I only went in for a color that was confirmed. She also never gave me a receipt. Spent over 3 hours getting nothing done to my hair but damage. Was jerked around and scammed. She charged me 250 Dollars for a 15 minute toner and a botch job on my head of tiny amount of highlights that turned white at my roots that had been left in way too long and was only a few strands in the picture. Contacted Lisa respectfully and politely informing her of what happend. I called several times,emailed her, left message but no response. Just ignored. Scammed and treated like crap. Never will return. They lost what would have been a regular.
