I went here last week to get my hair cut and colored. I was looking for a change and I was not disappointed. Shari did a great job. I will definitely be going back.

I have gone here twice and just noticed a small sign on the window that states they are closed due to a water issue. It should have been on their website to let people know.

I went last year for Highlights, a small trim, and asked for them to curl my hair and brush it out a little but to make it wavy. I don't remember the name of the woman who did my hair but she was a great multitasker in that she talked to me and did what she needed to so I wasn't bored in the three hours it took to do all of my hair as well as my hair turned out so amazing that I'm heading back THIS SATURDAY to get the same thing done. She helped me pick out an AMAZING toner because it was the first time I'd ever done anything with my hair and didn't know what I was looking at and she gave me some recommendations on what to do with it and I listened. She made me stand for her to cut my hair though which I didn't mind at all because I do have really long hair but we were making jokes about it which was nice. Their people are very kind and accommodating as well as they know what they're doing. I never knew why they were called fantastic at first but I know now haha. Definitely would recommend and have recommended this place to friends and family.

I had Nikki do lowlights on my hair and she did an amazing job! If you are in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend her because she is very patient and takes her time and it shows in her work. I'm a return customer for sure.

I had my hair done by a master of her craft by the name of Cree. I had an idea of how I wanted my style to look, and she made me into something better than I envisioned. Her color technique is beyond expert and her styling, unparalleled. The combination of the two gave me an experience better than some of the pricier salons I've been in. Please, go and visit Cree. You will NOT be disappointed!

I donâ€™t even want to give this place a one star review. There was no one there when I went in for a cut. I was handed off to a lady that Iâ€™m pretty sure had never cut hair before in her life. I believe her name was Diane or Diana? The other stylists never acknowledged my existence. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was an inverted bob with long layers. She gave me short layers in three stacks on the back and then left the front WAY too long and didnâ€™t even attempt to blend any of it. Then she tried to explain to me how to style my hair so that it looked like the picture. I donâ€™t know what picture she was looking at but it wasnâ€™t even close. I was absolutely mortified walking out of there. I ended up going to Great Clips to see if they could fix it and they felt so sorry for the terrible whack job that was done on my hair that they didnâ€™t charge me a cent for trying to fix the damage that was done. Now my hair is SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than what I wanted because the stylist at great clips had to cut more off just to make my hair look decent. I have to wait for it to grow out some so i can go and get it fixed even more. I will NEVER go to Fantastic Sams again and if you go donâ€™t let the Hispanic woman named Diane or Diana touch your hair. Whenever she got her license from should be investigated because she should not have passed.
