I've been trying to get my hair done for the longest with no luck. So I was like wait let me inbox her and see if she could do this style, how much would it be, & could she do it this weekend. I downloaded her app saw there was 2 appointments available for today so I booked one. She inboxed after I made the appointment and said she didn't have anything available for Friday or Saturday but saw that I booked an appointment and the other slot would be gone. Got to the appointment only to be told "oh I thought you got my inbox. I didn't have any slots for today." Sigh...but that's not what the message said and that's what it meant then it should of been explained better or just call to let me know. I wanted to spend my money with a professional and thought I was going the right way by booking it thru her app. But I guess that's my bad right. Ugh. Ive had so much going on this week I just wanted to be able to get my self together and not have to continue to walk around with this natural out. SMH.
