First two visits were mediocre, so I tried Sports Clips, which was worse. Third visit was good (got a male barber for the first time). Used online check-in for my fourth visit - arrived exactly as many minutes later as it said the wait was, and the door was locked. There was someone inside counting money who did not acknowledge me when I tried to come in. The hours posted on the door said they were open for another 2 hours. They should not allow online check-in if they are going to be closed when you get there.

Despite my describing what I wanted and providing photos, the stylist proceeded to shave my head with clippers in 30 seconds. When I asked and then told her to go slower, she argued continually, insisting on giving me what she wanted me to have. She did not listen to me and continued to argue throughout the encounter. This is not good customer service.
