I just moved to Gallatin a few weeks ago and was desperate for a massage. Last week I tried Hair & Body Day Spa and had a massage wirh Sharon. She had unbelievably strong hands and found and worked on all my places of need. She creates a very peaceful atmosphere in her room with low colorful lighting, a fan for white noise, and appropriate music. She also added some nice relaxing touches, like a warm aromatic pad over my eyes while working on the lower half of my body and a hot moist towel over my back after she was finished for further loosening of my muscles. She was amazing, extremely good at her craft, very professional and fruendly... I will go back.
