When I went to great clips today did I think I would leave with the best haircut ever, no. Did I think that I would be insulted multiple times by just sitting down in a chair, also no. There is a way of recommending things without being rude, it’s called being a professional. If I as the customer do not agree with you, there is also way of handling that without being rude to me until I agree with you, so you will finish cutting my hair.

Came in to get my haircut and waited forever. Hannah cut my hair but did not ask if I was tenderheaded (which I am) and was very rough with me throughout my entire haircut. Staff was more concerned about engaging in their gossip rather than paying attention to their customers. She parted my hair wrong and when I corrected her she said that it 'wasn't gonna matter anyways'. She couldn't cut around my glasses and I had to have them off the whole time; I couldn't SEE what she was doing the WHOLE time- other hairdressers at different Great Clips have been able to and didn't tell me 'no'. Left one side of my hair longer than the other because of this. Don't go if you're in a rush- you're only going to be waiting forever and you'll get a rushed job. Never coming back to this location again.
