UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't do business with owner Monica. I called Monica 3 days ago to make an appointment for a friend who is in town visiting from London, UK. I told her she was ONLY in town for 2 days and only had time to get her hair done on Monday. I asked if she worked on Monday and she affirmed with a "yes" and we set an appointment for 4:30pm today. I called her at 3pm just to confirm. She confirmed at 3pm. At 4pm while on the way to the appointment Monica called back and said she could not fulfill the appointment and would find someone else (within 30 minutes) to do my friend's hair. Of course that did not happen! I will not recommend her EVER to anyone else. Not professional at all.

Mrs.Monica, is so professional, and my hair has flourished and become healthier since I have been going to her. She has so much knowledge about scalp & hair health. She communicates with all styles, and even goes so far as discussing different ways she can help with any issues that might be occuring. She takes appointments, and I have never had to wait when I arrived. I have extremely thick hair, and she is always so patient. I have been going to her for 3 years, and highly recommend her.

Tyisha did my 11 year old daughter's hair. She was very good with her, replicated the picture we brought in and even helped her finish her homework. Her prices were reasonable and the service was great.
