In August, I received a hair creation from Lauren Keck. The transformation was truly stunning, exceeding my expectations and proving that even the most high-maintenance styles can be a daily delight. My prior experience with another stylist had left me with low expectations, but Lauren's work was a breath of fresh air. It was a reminder that even the most challenging styles can be executed beautifully. My learning curve for caring for the Hair by Lauren appeared high. The time cost for maintenance was not an optimal use of my billable time. So, Lauren turned me over to Rena, giving Rena the highest recommendations. Since I treasure my Hair from Lauren, I scheduled weekly with Rena. Rena's charm and self-deprecating manner are a delightful addition to my weekly routine. Her obsessive-compulsive dedication to her work is evident in the care she provides for my hair. Each week, I look forward to the artistic creation she presents me with, a result of her hard work and focus. These weekly appointments with Rena have become a highlight of my week, offering a brief but enjoyable interlude of watching an artist at work. Having a stylist like Rena, who is dedicated and meticulous in her work, is invaluable. Her obsessive-compulsive approach ensures that my hair receives the best care possible, resulting in a stunning weekly creation. Stopped going. hit-or-miss. Went there a dozen times. Lots of juniors but this week my hair was so badly done my wife had to correct it a bit at home. I think it went downhill a bit lately. I understand juniors need to start somewhere but maybe they should be supervised a bit more. I'm done with Studio Gaven, not going there anymore. When I go in for a haircut I expect it to be done properly, sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's really bad at Studio Gaven.

Me and my wife both have been going here for over 2 years now, but will stop going from here on. Had a very bad experience for my haircut. The length of my hair was weird and different all over. None of the edges were done and have excess hair around the hairline behind. I went in to request a fix with another hairstylist and they asked me to pay again or go to the same hair stylist. Why would I get my hair fixed from the stylist who messed it up in the first place. And pay more than $50 to fix it. Really poor customer service which I did not expect to be honest.

Katie is an amazing stylist. She did such a phenomenal job on my balayage and haircut. If you’re considering going here, I would definitely request Katie Duncan.

I absolutely love Studio Gaven!!!! It took me years to find the right salon and the right person that knew how to work with my blonde hair. Zoe has the magic when it comes to hair. The staff is very sweet and the energy in that place is always upbeat. I would 💯 recommend Studio Gaven to anyone looking for salon services.
