Some of my favorite haircut have come from popping in here unannounced. They can usually manage to fit in walk-ins if you don't mind waiting a few minutes. All their stylists are very talented but Melissa is extra amazing with short cuts!

Iâ€™ve been going to Ecco regularly for about a year for a cut and color. Everyone is warm and friendly there. Theyâ€™re skilled, attentive, and really take the time to make sure youâ€™re happy. Iâ€™ve never had to wait and yet Iâ€™ve never felt rushed either. I see Jaclyn and recommend her, but you probably canâ€™t go wrong with any of the stylists.

I get my hair cut and highlighted at Ecco Salon in cute downtown Franklin. Jaclyn does an awesome job at cutting my naturally curly hair and Maggie is fantastic at doing multidimensional blonde highlights. They both take the time to talk with you about what youâ€™re wanting and pay great attention to detail. Itâ€™s also nice that theyâ€™re always both on time and I never have to wait long for my appointments. Iâ€™ve never been happier with my hair!

The staff at Ecco Salon are wonderfully warm and friendly. Sherri has been my colorist and stylist for over 8 years. She is highly trained and I would not go to anyone else. Great beautiful environment.

Lisa is great! All the beauticians are nice. The whole shop has a warm welcoming vibe. The location is great right on Main Street in the heart of downtown Franklin
