I have been in this Ulta frequently, but recently the service has declined. Today, I tried to book an appointment on the phone for a haircut and they indicated they had no appointments available for the day at all. I called at 10:52 am. They also said not to use the online system and it does not correlate with their system, which I have never had a problem with the online beauty appointment system before. They also had me on hold for quite some time just to turn me away. Being a platinum member that was thinking about spending enough to go 'diamond', the service received at Ulta lately has me rethinking my brand loyalty. I know that I will not visit this store again. The Ulta at 100 Oaks has a lower review score, but they are always so nice to me there.
