I got matched so horribly at this Ulta that I’m returning it at a different store. It’s bad y’all. It’s my fault for not looking at the packaging but I bought what the girl handed me. I’m a warm tone and this poor girl handed me IVORY. I looked like Marilyn Manson you guys. Even my partner said I looked like an ice princess. How could you do a girl like that tho. BETRAYAL.

I have been in this Ulta frequently, but recently the service has declined. Today, I tried to book an appointment on the phone for a haircut and they indicated they had no appointments available for the day at all. I called at 10:52 am. They also said not to use the online system and it does not correlate with their system, which I have never had a problem with the online beauty appointment system before. They also had me on hold for quite some time just to turn me away. Being a platinum member that was thinking about spending enough to go 'diamond', the service received at Ulta lately has me rethinking my brand loyalty. I know that I will not visit this store again. The Ulta at 100 Oaks has a lower review score, but they are always so nice to me there.

I will never be back to any ulta salon. Nor will I ever recommend anyone to go. I booked an appointment and the next day when I go in for my appointment they tell me they can’t do what I want done to my hair in the 3 hour timeframe. When the appointment was booked I made sure I told her exactly how my hair is and exactly how I want it done. Just so everyone knows the one setting the appointment doesn’t know anything about the salon and treatments!

Thanks to the low profile aisles, there customer service outshines Target. Target, the staff makes you feel like you are a shoplifter they are watching, and you can't enjoy that time to browse and read labels. Ulta, if you need assistance it is easier, not to mention they know more about the product and the variety is better.
