This is my first time coming to SS Braids. The ladies here are so nice and professional. I got small box braids. Their were two ladies working on my hair. It took 3.5 hours. Prices are reasonable. I look fly!!!! I will be back again.

I love getting my hair braided at S and S. All the girls are very nice and professional. I feel more than comfortable getting my hair braided at their shop. The best braids hands down. 5 stars!!!

I was really disappointed ☹️ I got kinky twist braids there. The young lady that did my braids said the ladies that usually do it was out due to a death. Well... my braids turned out supper thin. I mean you can literally eye ball a count seriously. So thin that I can't even wear them down. I've been wearing braids for the summer since I was a teen and I'm sorry to say this is the worst set I've gotten. It also disappointed me that I was told $150 which I'm used to $130 for this simple short style (shoulder length) including I have a shaved taper in the back. Well my total ended up being $160 she said because of the longer length. ??? I'm looking at my headed wondering where's the length. So lesson learned. You guys are nice but my braids weren't ;(.....
