Do not recommend nasty sarcastic comments to patrons

Witness hairstylist Chelsea make nasty comments to patron, putting them down on hair, age and body. Manager was there and did nothing about it. Do not recommend, Enough from that to recommend men go to male barber instead this all female place.

I had a wonderful experience with Katie! She did exactly as I asked and made my hair feel brand new again! Highly recommend any ladies at this location super nice and genuine! Please stop by and see the for your next haircut!

Didn’t expect much from this place. Took an hour for my haircut and all I wanted was a low bald fade. Didn’t take any off the top. Literally sat in the chair for an hour. She went over the left side of my head so many times it went numb. Then she doesn’t clean me off from the hair; my shoes and face had hair everywhere. Terrible experience!

Clarified explicitly that I am growing my hair out and want a small trim. Feels simple. Lady proceeds to take 20 minutes only to leave my hair uneven. When I pointed this out, she keeps trimming all over to try to even it out. Needless to say, I walked out with much more than a trim. Was set back 3-4 months in growing my hair out.

My regular stylist got a well deserved promotion. Unfortunately when I go with first available stylist hoping to find someone else who can do I high zero fade I get the same one who always does a low fade and I need a haircut when I leave. After being a loyal cusmer for years I'll be finding a new business that can consistently give me the cut I want

Ok ok.... please read. This review is here because I care for people. My brother went to have a haircut to this location and booooooy they butchered it!!! I had to fix it. I wish I knew the girl's name so she can do better. Please manager check your stylists job. So whoever goes here it's under your OWN RISK. Esta location no es buena. Estilistas no saben hacer buen trabajo.
