I been going 2 this salon way before it was creative expressions. When it was Diana's beauty shop on Ewing Dr. The wait time is long but well worth it.

My services was with Ashley. About a week before my appointment I spoke with her asking if she could do a specific style, she said yes and I booked my appointment. The day of my appotinment I sat in her chair for four hours and had 9 braids total in my head. The braids were not what I wanted and I asked for her to give me a new style. And she replied back saying that I can pay for another style. Ashley has failed to give me customer staisfaction and fix my issue. Overall, I am wearing a $65 hairstyle I do not like covered up by a turban. I would not recommend her! I tried posting pictures of the conversation, the style I wanted, and the style I ended up with but it won't allow me.
