Usually busy location overall good service. There are two really good girls here. The Oriental woman not so much. Fair prices. Check in on line definitely saves time.

I usually spend a lot of money on haircuts but I'm trying to grow my hair and just needed a quick trim. This was my first trip here and I will definitely come back, the prices were excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. I was able to get exactly what I wanted!

I went in the first time to get my haircut for an interview I had the next day. They did an awesome job and I was super happy with it. I've come back twice since then, and while the staff is always friendly, I was not satisfied with the results. My vision isn't great so when they ask if I like it, I can only see the details from the mirror that's about 10 feet away. It isn't until I get home and can really look that I notice the poor quality cut that I received. It's quite disappointing as the folks are so friendly here, but I will not be returning given the inconsistency in the quality. I feel so embarrassed about my haircut from yesterday that I'll be wearing a hat until I can get an appointment somewhere else this week.

Iâ€™ve been coming to this salon ever since it opened. There is a huge turnover of staff to the point I almost never see the same people twice with a few exceptions. Today, I had positively the worst haircut Iâ€™ve ever had. She amputated my sideburns completely and didnâ€™t listen to my instructions and before I knew it she was completely shaving the top of my head. I will never, ever be back Tried to submit feedback via the Great Clips app but it didnâ€™t allow room for as much is 10 letters let alone these comments.
