This was the second time I’ve had to see Ashley at the Lakeline salon to “fix” mistakes made by other salons. My highlights were almost yellow when I went to see her this last time, then she did her magic and it looks great. I wish I could go to her every time I need my hair highlighted but since I don’t live in Austin, it’s just not convenient. But truthfully, I’m really going to try, because it’s so worth the drive. I can’t thank you enough Ashley, I love the color and how it looks. Thanks, Debbie

Best Salon Ever! Please ask for Margot. She is the best. Haircuts are a bit expensive, but worth it. Their style serum is the best. Great products and customer service.

I've never had to experience someone go through so much hurt until one of my family members went there. They completely ruined her hair and then the manager said he couldn't refund her completely back, but he was more then sure cooperate would be able to and kept reassuring us cooperate would be more then happy to refund the FULL amount just for them to say that BLOW DRYING!! Was a treatment and that they couldn't refund the full amount which was only an extra 50 dollars (please explain how it cost 50$ to blow dry a person's hair??) So please don't waste your time and money here. They probably paid people to give them good reviews.

Tabitha is amazing and so sweet!! I loved my balayage at the end. She left such an impression on me that I'm planning on scheduling a hair appt for my mom for Mother's Day with Tabitha! The only complaint I have is that, the lady who cut my hair was slightly rude, cutting me off in conversation about what I want and rudely correcting me on my vocabulary with types of cuts. I get that it can get pretty annoying but that's why there's schools for this, we rely on your education for the cut, color, etc. If it wasn't for Tabitha my rating would have been completely different.

I was a walk-in with no appointment. I arrived at noon and was told they had an open appointment with Mandy, a creative director, at 1pm. I agreed and then wandered around the mall for an hour. Mandy was a pleasure and cut my hair incredibly well. One thing I absolutely hate are salons constantly trying to sell their hair products, it's not limited to this salon brand though, all of them do it. Mandy wasn't super pushy about it but she didn't miss a chance to talk about the products. I will come back and wish I could see Mandy again but the $70 creative director price tag is a little much for my simple fine straight hair that takes all of 5 minutes to cut and 10 to blow dry. Hopefully a senior stylist can provide a similar quality cut, fingers crossed. Tip: if you walk in and ask for a senior stylist and all that are available are upper level stylists they will give you the lower price even with the more experienced stylist.
