Christopher did an amazing job I would definitely recommend him. The review below mine is completely inaccurate, stylists do not color. It is either or here.

Worst experience EVER! There is a guy with longish hair there that is straight up racist! He was talking about how he dislikes Hispanic a and about the wall and how he wants immigrants out! This to me was crazy as it is just a hair salon! This guy also started talking inappropriately about his "past" drug use and other things he used to do. I could tell the young lady that was getting her haircut was very scared by this weird man. To make matters worse someone came in am complained about their hair cut and color from this same guy! This girls hair was orange and apparently she had stated she wanted her hair light brown!!! She was also very upset about her cut! Needless to say when my cut was done it looked horrible! It looked so weird! It looked old styled mybe like the early 2000's!!! It was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon! I've gotten better haircuts and prices at other places! Toni and Guy just lowered their standards drastically while still charging a lot of money! Conclusion- DO NOT COME HERE EVER!

Iâ€™ve been going to Chris here at this location for about 3 or 4 years now. Heâ€™s great at what he does and Iâ€™d definitely recommend him to friends and family. It can be a little pricey for a menâ€™s cut but itâ€™s 100% worth it! Will definitely keep coming back while Iâ€™m in Austin.

I trusted Toni & Guy "experts" with my hair -- 3 day's before my wedding Dec 15th, 2017 & I left the salon in tears. In the picture you see my hair BEFORE going to Toni and Guy with my Bellami extensions clipped on, I went in because I felt my extensions did not blend very well with my natural hair. As you can tell the color is off by a minimum amount nothing to drastic but I wanted a little more blending so I decided to make an appointment at T&G rather than doing it myself at home. So I took in my extensions to T&G and the representative said she would take my hair to a pretty ash brown that would help my extensions blend in better, i walked out with almost black hair....after the color they styled my hair to help get a better picture of how well my natural hair blended with my extensions but it only made me panic even more thinking not even curling my hair would fix what Oliva (ithinkthatshername) had done, i usually don't go into to much detail but i think i smelled alcohol on her breath . Anyways I got charged for the color and style- Ive filed a dispute with my bank and Im hoping my money is returned. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here. Looking back I should of just left my hair as it was and never gone to Toni & Guy, bride's worst nightmare!

Never go here. This was the most unprofessional circus I've ever witnessed. And I witnessed FOUR HOURS of it. The "colorist" assigned to my daughter screwed up so badly. She asked for specific color highlights (brown) and even showed the lady a picture. They came out blonde! So they put a toner on it to darken it. It came out a brassy reddish color...awful. This process took four and one half hours. They took so long that she got behind and tried to do too many things at once. She asked one of the other girls to blow-dry and she said, "I DON"T BLOW DRY." Seriously?!!!! Another girl came over to dry and left for 15 minutes to translate for some walk-ins that were going to a wedding later! Meanwhile 2 receptionists and one stylist were in the FRONT huddled together, stylist sitting on the counter and all were eating some food they heated up. How nice. I had been there since 11:30 and was getting kind of hungry myself. But my daughter was being held hostage by incompetency.
