Kayla was awesome. She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. She also took into account my lifestyle, and cut according to what worked best for me.

Garbo A is the best! I originally went to their salon up north, which is also wonderful, but now drive south to stay with Kelly, my original stylist. She is just that good. She always makes sure to do what is necessary to make my hair look amazing and still keep it feeling healthy. Not always easy with my very fine hair. Everyone in the salon is so pleasant and I look forward to each and every visit with them. On top of the great people, the salon itself has a nice atmosphere and is always clean. You will not regret a trip to this salon!

I loved the theme’s originality of the salon. I’ve been to quite a few, and this one is certainly one of a kind. The professionalism among athe staff members is very evident as they all carry phenomenal hair styles and colors and they seem to be happy to work there rather than being stressed out, overwhelmed or pressured as in other salons. If you’re a picky dude when getting a haircut, choose Oskar! The guy takes its time, knows all about angles and dimensions that will suit best for your head shape. He’s very talented. Your hair will grow back again in a really nice pattern in comparison of hen you get a haircut with an average hairstylist. That’s one of the best things of this place: it seems they choose wisely their staff.

I can not say enough amazing things about Garbo A Salon! From the heads up text to remind me of my appointment and that traffic might be heavy due to it being on UT’s graduation day to the sweet smiles and genuine happiness of every employee I met, the staff are some of the most delightful people you’ll interact with. From the intricacy to detail throughout the salon to the perfect blend of cinnamon coffee, Garbo brings the most stressful of days to a tranquil halt from the moment you step through the door. From the sweetest “hi!” to each perfectly relaxing step, Kayla Harris is absolutely the most phenomenal and delightful stylist in Austin. Everything about Garbo A Salon tells about how much care and love they have for their profession, each other, and above all their clients. The cost is beyond amazing especially when you factor in every “little” detail that goes in to making your time as tranquil and rejuvenating as possible. To put it simply, this is the salon you’re looking for.

Wonderful experience. Not only was everyone so kind and genuine, the services they provide are outstanding! I had virgin hair and was afraid of damaging it, but my stylist did such an amazing job! My hair is healthy and I love the cut! I highly recommend!
