Plus: Service was excellent. Autumn did a fantastic executive facial. Place was very welcoming. Online registration for appointment was easy. Minus: Overhead lights were very, very bright in my eyes (like flashbulbs) when I was laying back for treatment- diminishing the experience. For the price paid, I expect more. I mentioned it at the front desk. Their response: â€œWe know.â€ Needs to be fixed before I return.

I made a booking for my first time here and was offered a free massage included with the standard cut and wash, which was exciting. The place itself is very nice and professional and all staff were very friendly. They have complimentary drinks available which is really cool too. My haircut turned out looking really nice. However I never got a massage. I didnâ€™t ask when I was there, and assume I would have gotten one if I did. I ended up paying $50 including tip which is a bit more than Iâ€™m used to. I wish I could give 4.5 stars.

Love this place. Always clean, friendly staff and they offer free drinks if you want. I haven't drank much there, but wine was decent when I did. (A nice tempranillo would be welcome, lol). Still, my haircuts have been great and my wife says it's the best place yet. Happy wife, happy life....If you have thick curly hair like me, ask for Lauren. She's a pro. She does get booked though. I hate to imagine it being tougher to get in to see her, but I have to give credit where credit is due.

This is the best men's salon in Austin! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and very comfortable. Chelsea Renae is my favorite stylist! She's very friendly and pays close attention to details. I always leave extremely satisfied after getting a haircut from her!

Great service from walking in to walking out. Complementary drinks, alcohol or non-alcoholic, and professionals with very sectioned off chairs which is nice compared to being on a line of chairs in front of a mirror.
