Went there to get haircut. I have super long hair and i i wanted a trim. I showed the guy the lenght i wanted which is below my shoulder. Then he made a small cut on my hair to check if that's the lenght i wanted. And i said that's the right length, below my shoulder. So he proceeded to cut my hair. When i looked at the mirror, man! I dont know what to say already. He cut my hair way tooooooo short..i cant even ponytail it anymore it is above my shoulder already super square shape like dora. I just wanted to cry, i kept calm and told him it's too short and way too boxy..can he at least fix it by putting layers. He thinned out my hair and now i have bunch of small hair sticking out from roots to tip..he didn't know how to fix my hair so he called a lady and told him what to do. But still didn't know what to do so the lady ended up fixing my hair. But she has to chop probably another inch just to fix it. So yeah, i ended up with super super short hair. I just wanted to cry. They still charged me full price and i still gave a good tip. The guy that did my hair obviously doesn't know how to cut hairs. He even asked the lady how to put layers. Why me? Whhhhy me? If he wants to practice why did they have to pick me? I just wanna shout and just be mad at them forever..i cant even go out without ironing my hair. The small hairs sticks out so much and i look like a worst version of dora. Stay away from the big black dude..he doesn't know what he is doing.

Love this shop! Go see Vicky, she's amazing! I drive from Austin to Pflugerville just to go here...its worth it!

Cheap hair cuts. The ladies who work there are nice to the customers but, you can see animosity between coworkers so I'm kind of hesitant to return to this location.
