First time at Super Cuts. Service was prompt. Stylist did a great job blending from side clipper cut to top scissor cut. One of the best haircuts I have had. I'll download the sign-in app.

There really should be a zero star button. The way I was racially profiled that I couldn’t even get a haircut. Rightfully waited one hour and kept my cool while I got skipped by for Hispanics ( whole staff is also Hispanic). But wait there’s more!!! Right before it’s my turn to go and it looks like there’s no one left to skip me. The mother of a female in the chair says she wants to get an edge up.Can you guess what happened next??!! I got skipped. I am an understanding guy, and I’m not quick to anger.I could understand If I had mistakenly not put my name on the list. But unfortunately that’s the first thing I did. Screw this place.

Terrible service! I arrived 25 minutes before closing, and they originally said the could not give me a cut as they were closing soon (If I was a business owner, I would be questioning hiring people that would turn down paying customers for the sake of closing 5 minutes late). Then one of the staff said it's ok she would do it, take a seat. There were only 2 people in the store and 3 staff members. After waiting for her to finish with her customer, she then said actually she could not cut my hair as there was another guy already waiting that she did not realize, so I had to leave. No apology, nothing. I have been here before and it's ok if you just need an easy cut (their skills are basic and anything other than a basic fade they do not have the skills to do). Honestly, I would advise paying a little extra for a place which has good service and hairdressers that take pride in their work. Will not be going back here ever. Disgusted.

I got my haircut there and they did a really good job on that but I also got them to line my beard up and they did the best they could but I had to go back behind them and straighten it
