Really bad job on my husband's hair today. It is such a simple haircut so it shows what little skills this woman had. She left him with bangs and hair sticking out everywhere. I did the best I could at home trimming the sides and back up to fix it. We will not be back.

Never coming back. I came in at around 5:30, for a quick trim on the sides. My hair is relatively easy to cut as I have a high top that I'm trying to grow out. So the only thing the stylist would have to do is trim my sides!!! Easy Right? Well..... I came in to a crowded store with only 3 employees present. I was told there would be an 80 minute wait and was advised to come back within an hour. Cool! No problem! The first lady (don't remember her name but she was cool) took my name down and I left. I came back and that lady was gone but the other 2 were still there. A stylist asked if I had signed in and I said yes an hour ago with the other woman. She claimed they DID NOT have my name down even though I just watched the previous lady enter it. The stylist ended up telling me to have a seat anyway. The stylist was very quiet, very fast, and extremely sloppy. She put 1 clip in my hair to avoid cutting the top but still managed to cut a chunk out of my high top even though I specifically asked her NOT to! She rushed the entire thing, and snatched the receipt out of my hand after I refused to leave a tip. I was going to walk back in, after leaving, to bring this to the store managers attention but this lady has it hard enough. She can't handle the work load she currently has, without having an attitude. Give her a vacation cause obviously, she's stressed. I usually have good experiences here but I'm taking my 15 dollars elsewhere!

Always a great cut at this great clips. Always seeing the same faces. Using the app makes the visit quick and knowing the average wait time is also amazing. New location makes it more accessible from the main road.

This shop just moved to this location recently. Has a special on haircuts so I stopped by... no one really in the place (2). BUT they take on-line reservations. Signed in to learn that there were 6 people ahead of me. (Though not in the store... ) Couldn't wait that long for clients to show up. Rated low because... it is NOT the friendless place for walk-ins.
