Love my hair cut. I had a long Bob stacked cut. I showed her a pic and she did exactly that. Fist time there but not my last. So happy with my new look. Very friendly staff.

I went there today for a trim. The person didn’t introduce herself to me, questioned everything I said about my hair routine, and when she was finished she didn’t even show me the final product. No turning me around to see the back, nothing. She literally said “okay, I’m finished. I’ll meet you up front” and walked away to start cleaning. To top it off she did a horrible job. I asked for a trim and long layers, very basic, and she couldn’t even do that. I will not be back.

I couldn'teven get as far as setting up an appointment without receiving an unprofessional attitude from the man on the phone. Mind you I was not being rude or short whatsoever, I was only calling to get my name on the waiting list. Some people do not need to be in costomer service.
