Johlly was amazing and did a great haircut. Excellent customer service by him. My only gripe is with Erika. She was rude and didn't seem to be interested in working there. Highly recommend Johnny

I went in for a haircut a few days ago. After watching this one person I requested that she cut my hair. I explained what I wanted and didn't want. I thought she had a clear understanding. My hair is uneven. It looks choppy and will not blend in with the rest of my hair. On the right side my hair was cut so short you can see my scalp. She started cutting my bangs after I told her not to go near them. Extremely disappointed. I gave 2 stars simply because the young lady was nice and had a good personality. Will go back but only to the lady I should have gone to in the first place.

I checked in online with my phone number and the website said that I had an 84min wait. No problem. I ate lunch and drove to Dripping Springs for my haircut. I arrived 24mins before the appt. and decided to go in and check in at the counter. The lady asked if I had checked in online. I said “yes” that my name was #5 on the waitlist. She asked for my full name and phone number. So I gave them to her. She said that “the system didn’t find you and so you’ll have to wait”. I said “But I signed in online with my name and phone number and the system put me on your waiting list”. She said “Well, it’s not finding you in the database so you’re going to have to wait “. Another barber saw that I was about to get mad and went ahead and called me back. However, he gave me the fastest and most painful haircut that I’ve ever had. I’m still hurting from the razor gouges. I bet he made less than 20 cuts with the scissors and did a little painful razor work and he was done in about a minute and a half! I won’t ever go back here! I pray that you read this and don’t go either. Very rude and a very painful haircut.

V jihad and the bed frame full cost is the dryer hook-up and I am not going to church with them to get us to do this is the dryer hook-up we have to go into your office and get it from the photos and I am not going to make any of them enjoy the ones that are you guys home in a little bit more than we can get to do this is for you guys doing the same schedule for the next two days I and if you want to go into your house at the Hills of Bear Creek was sold last week and it is better than one day in the event you fail to see the world and how you try to paint it with your own old is very helpful in this 😀 😊 you have received a very good cat cards from you 😀 in the Wait is out for us without 😀 😊 or a scheduled trip 😀 for a new position up to the intended only 😀 for the set 😀 and the bed 🛌 for your interest already has been successfully filled 😀 with a nice 😀 and a good 👍 for the set 😀 and the movers to make a file 😀 the best time ⏲️ can be there at any time of the year and I'm not that to of you guys doing that to you on that one part
