As long as you find a barber you like there its pretty good they are all always nice but not all of them can cut hair

Terrible, terrible experience thanks to Kiki and an EXTREMELY poor haircut for my son. Kiki wasn't even his stylist but continued to pipe up when I was questioning what was going on with my sons hair. His stylist had instructions from me and on the ticket on how to cut his hair and she was not doing as I instructed. When I questioned it, kiki says, "she knows what she is doing" and I replied, then why wasn't she. Then my stylist said, oh it is even on the ticket what to use. Kiki again stated, "maybe you should've told her what you wanted" even AFTER I told her more than once and it is on the ticket. There was a point where kiki told our stylist "just cut it off!" I had to seriously bite my tongue to not tell that women to shut up, mind her business...oh and to shut up!!!! My son has gone here several times to get his hair cut and this was the worst experience ever!!! Don't go after 8pm especially if kiki is there because all she wants to do is close. I gave the stylist a tip because she was a sweet lady and tried but the other... I am going back to speak to a manager and see if she can fix this mess of a haircut before I ha e to just take number 2s to it.

So... i hadn't got a hair cut in over 4 years and I was well over due! I finally worked up the courage to get it chopped off because its just so dang hot in Texas. I came in and was greeted from what I understand is the area manager, she wasn't the friendliest and asked me to be seated. I didn't wait long due to the fact that I checked in online. A young woman by the name of Kea Kea informed me she was ready for me. She was so sweet and she could tell I was nervous. I told her what I wanted and I got EXACTLY that! Which is rare! She was very gentle and put my mind at ease as she cut my hair. She was also kind enough to take before and after pictures on my phone. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. I was extremely pleased with her job and customer service. Thank you Kea Kea... Please dont ever ever leave... from Georgetown. cuz i want ya and i need ya... to cut my hair for a very very long time! ;)
