EDIT: Went back last weekend for a wax. Again, very friendly staff. I did have to wait 10 minutes after my appointment time, which is not a big deal for me but could be for someone else on a time crunch or someone who likes punctuality. This time I had Britney, & I was very happy with the result. She listened to what I wanted, took her time, & even went back on one area I was dissatisfied with. The place was nice & clean. I came in for a wax & left somewhat clean until I noticed dashes of wax left on my face & stray hairs that I cleaned up afterwards. Brenda even missed a patch of hair on my upper lip. The process should have taken 15 minutes but was close to 30 minutes to finish, I feel Brenda was making mistakes & rushing to be finished in time for her next client. Staff was friendly & informational but I would not go back.

The only place I would ever trusted to cut my hair short. (Kept it pretty long for 16 years.) Hate short cuts at most places, but getting it here I felt the best I ever have after getting a short hair cut. I was sad to see Jessica leave, but they still have plenty of talented stylists. Plus, it's right next to Java Cafe so can get a cut and then grab a great meal. I wouldn't get my kids hair cut there, but I have brought him along and the staff has been pretty amazing with him. (He's not a very patient thing as of yet.)

Fantastic haircut each and everytime. Wonderful staff who have delightful personalities. I take my whole family here for haircuts. Just a fantastic place.

Wonderful experience with Brenda at the RR location. Color was great and cut exactly what I asked for, will definitely recommend.

Finding a new hair dresser when moving to a new place is always a challenge but I truly lucked out when I found Brett! His attention to detail is phenomenal, my cut & color is definitely "on Point". His ability to make my experience a much needed relaxing one is so appreciated. I'm really glad I found someone who loves & takes pride in their job just as much as I do in mine!!
