Ulta is my favorite place to purchase makeup, beauty supplies, etc. But I feel like this store is always having to tell me to "come back on Thursday" (when their order comes in) for products that I have been waiting to see for months now. I have ordered some items online now because I just expect for them never to arrive to the Corpus store. Sad because overall Ulta is an awesome place, just not in Corpus. It's disappointing to try on the presented samples when I can't actually get the product the same day, or ever really.

Everytime I go products are never in stock. And when I needed help looking for foundation no employees where around. The one time I asked an employee she roled her eyes as if I didn’t notice. Worst Ulta I’ve ever been to, just go to Sephora in the mall. They actually LOVE to help you.

Dont waste your time at the Ulta at La Palmera mall. GO to SEPHORA In J C Penney. I had the most horrible experience at the corpus christi store. I was ready to spend money. I couldnt get anyone to help me. I felt invisible The brow bar employee was so evasive. I hate this store!

Manager Mitchell with the green hair was very rude asking me if I brought the gifts back I received on a return not realizing on the return I still kept 340$ worth of fragrances !! Said it Loud in front of other customers! I just got approved dor a 1500,00 Ulta credit card on top of what I buy there but u can bet that it will be now purchased only online !

My Ulta salon experience overall was very upsetting. I went in for hair color. I hadn't colored my hair in about 2 years and decided i was ready for a change. Unfortunately i did not get what i was looking for as far as color...no where close. Girl was sweet but i don't think she either really wanted to be there or she might need more color experience. I'm not one to complain unless i feel like i was cheated as in this case. I paid and left very upset. The manager was fair enough to refund my money $75. I was looking for a lighter hair color mixed in my brown hair but it pretty much looks like i did nothing. I have some orange tones i guess but nothing i expected. Not even the experience. I hadn't had a hair issue like this ever that i can remember. She took 3.5 hours and for nothing. I'm just so upset. I love ulta salon but don't recommend the Corpus Christi location for hair color. What was worse is she didn't even offer to blow dry it to show me what the color looked like...as if maybe she knew i wouldn't be happy. I asked her to so i could see it so she did a piece i the front and yup sooo upsetting. Waste of time mostly.
