Its a hit or miss. There are a few times that you get a good hair dresser and most of the time its amateurs. I couldn't tell what's going on with my hair while they're cutting them because I was facing the other way 90% of the time and not the mirror. I liked this place because their app is very convenient and the location is good. However, I will never come back ever again.

Had my hair cut at this amazing salon...Brittany was my stylist she had amazing customer service skills and gave me a great cut...will return!!!!!!!! # happy customer

First time I went a had a coupon for 5.99 and the guy who cut my hair did it how I wanted it my second visit was horrible the lady couldn't do it as short as I wanted not only that her blending skills weren't great, she missed a spot that a had to fix when I got home and the clippers she used scratched me up the whole time not pleasant ended up using leave in conditioner to soothe that paper cut feeling all over my head wouldn't go back again.
