Wow! Being that’s it was my do time there they did a horrible job both hair & makeup photos that I showed to the the stylist & MUA was nothing like the pictures they were shown ...don’t get me wrong I wasn’t expecting an exact match but I left there looking so bad my photographer for my bridal shoot didn’t want to take my photos due to she didn’t want her name associated with them she recommended strongly to reschedule ... and when I called the manager/owner she totally disregarded my opinion and offered to redo my makeup but as if only to get me off the phone and smerk/ giggled when I said my eyebrows were bad with no sympathy what so ever.. so I would not plan to go back ever !!! Mind you she even said I was in a rush but I got there at 11:30 am and left exactly at 2:05 so 3 hrs??? No rush they took their time I was the only one in the salon.

I will make it a point to never go here simply because their radio commercial is SO STUPID AND RIDICULOUS. If you adervertise as professional and charge high class prices...you might want to lose the ghetto commercial. Advertising FAIL.

I would never go to this place again. They over charge and are very unprofessional. They leave you in a chair for hours and don't even offer you anything while there drinking and eating.

I would not recommend the Color Bar for this reason. I went in to fix what was done the day before and after 6 1/2 hrs the color was worse than it started out. Wanted brown and now it’s orange. It was over priced and the staffs customer service was below par. I will not be returning!

Don't believe the hype! Inside the salon is a dump. The wash stations are leaking. When I went there was a puddle of water on the floor no one bothered to mop up. I noticed all the hair stations had brushes with hair on them, gross! My hair turned out to be a disaster! It turned out nothing to be what I wanted (picture). After 3 washes, the color faded like I had nothing done! Next time I'll go to Anthony's (Aveda ).
